2. Pick up in store （Service Temporarily Unavailable）

We provide in-store pickup service to customers. You can select the nearest store to pick up the products during online ordering process. Order must be picked up in person at selected branch within 7days, it will be considering as cancelled by customer and no compensation or refund will be made.

After placing order in ICHI-CAKE, you can track the shipment status on our website. You will be received an email attached with tracking number/waybill number from the corresponding delivery company after your order in progressing. You can also tracing on their website.

3.待付款 - 指我們已更新產品數量及已完成運費報價 (閤下必須清楚核對訂單才付款)

4.付款成功 - 閤下已完成付款手續

5.賣家備貨 - 我們為閤下的訂單作最後核對，並準備發貨。

6.已發貨 - 可查詢下方【送貨安排】

7.訂單完成 - 閤下已收到該訂單

1.將貨品交由速遞公司 GOGO VAN/ LALA MOVE 安排派送。

送貨前，我們將會以電話聯絡閣下，請注意來電，而發貨後，亦請留意送貨司機的電話，避免延誤收件。

2.將貨品交由速遞公司 SF Express 安排派送。

送貨後，會隨電郵附上快遞公司的訂單追蹤號，你也可以根據快遞單號在其官網查詢運送狀態。
