鏡面果膠做法: 1. 將120cc水煮沸。2. 加入1包鏡面果膠粉(100g)並攪拌均勻。3. 以小火邊攪拌續煮至沸騰即可熄火。4. 趁熱時倒入容器中並蓋,待冷卻後即可冷藏保存。
作法簡易好成形,包覆性佳,透明度高,罐頭水果效果強化。無添加防腐劑、香料、色素。
